We provide services to a large scope of professions including researchers, faculty members, vendors and students. We provide email IDs of all the researchers around the globe if the client demands are based on country, a range of QS world rank universities, selected universities, based on department and based on field of research.

How to use our services

The number of filters based on which the desired researcher’s email ID is accessed are 5. These filters are based on (a) Country, (b) A range of QS world rank universities, (c) Selected universities, (d) department, (e) Field of research. The client can opt all or any of the filters (a)-(c) whereas they can opt any one of the two filters (d) and (e).

For-example, if the client needs researchers’ email IDs from UK, USA, Canada and Australia from QS-51 to QS-100 universities in the field of Machine learning. The client is required to provide the filtering options by selecting countries: UK, USA, Canada and Australia. Furthermore, the client has to use QS- rank-range filter by providing the option 51-100. All universities with QS-ranks ranging from 51 to 100 will be displayed. Furthermore, the client can remove the universities they don’t want to include in their search. Now instead of selecting the ‘Departments’ filter, the client can opt for ‘Field of interest’ and can type machine learning in this field. After concluding the filtering stage, the client gets the ‘Requisition-File’ and sends our team (help@phdleads.com) for getting the desired Lead-ID-Sheet. The clients can remove any Lead-ID of their choice from the downloaded Lead-ID-Sheet and can send back to us with the payment receipt. The normal time for the client to receive the ‘Final-Data-Sheet’ is 1 working day. However, we allow up-to a maximum of 3 working days for the client to receive the output file.

After filtering, the client gets the Lead-ID-Sheet which is in the CSV format. This file contains only the lead-IDs, ‘Departments’ and the ‘field of research’ of the respective lead. The client sends this Lead-ID-Sheet to Admin along-with receipt and after passing from the database, we get the desired output-file (Final-Data-Sheet) which contains all the associated data including email-IDs of the required researchers. The client may also send multiple Lead-ID-Sheets based on different filtering result. Before payment, the client is required to use the calculator to calculate the total price after entering the total number of Lead-IDs from all the Lead-ID-Sheets. If the payment is more than the required Lead-IDs, the excess amount will be returned back to the client if this amount is more than USD 5$. Otherwise, the excess amount will be converted to the voucher which can be used by the client to purchase more email IDs in future. If the payment is less than the required Lead-IDs, an email will be sent to the client if he/she wants to add the excessive payment or if the revised Lead-ID-Sheets are sent after the removal of unwanted leads.

The Final-Data-Sheet contains multiple fields which are: (a) Lead-ID (b) Title (Prof./Dr.) (c) Name of the researcher, (d) Email ID (e) Country, (f) QS-rank-range, (g) University, (h) Personal-link (if exists), (i) Faculty-link (if exists) (j) Department, (k) Field of interest (I) Other email IDs

Each of the fields in output-file is defined as below:

Lead-ID is a unique identifier that represents a researcher. The name of a researcher represents the official name of the researcher on the university’s website. Email ID is the primary email ID of the researcher that usually belongs to the organization. Other email IDs of the research (if exists) will be defined in the field (I). The Country is one that represents the university where the researcher is working. The QS-rank-range is the range of QS world ranking that are normally defined as 1-50, 51-100, 101-150, 151-200, 201-250, 251-300, 301-350, 351-400, 401-450, 451-500, 501-550, 551-600, 601-650, 651-700, 701-750, 751-800, 801+. The ‘University’ field represents the university where the researcher is working. The personal-link is one that belongs solely to the researcher. It can be a personal web-page from a university portal or to some other public domain. The Faculty-link is a link that provides information about all the researchers in a specific department/school or university including the information of the researcher. The ‘Department’ provides the title of the department of the university where the professor works. The ‘Field of interest’ provides all the research fields associated with the researcher.

Project Scope

Scope of this project is wide. We provide services to professionals with different categories. These categories are defined as below:

Faculty members (Hiring): The faculty members may need assistance to get junior researchers in the field of their study for hiring as post-doc
Faculty members (Collaboration): The faculty members may filter a number of researchers in their field of study.
Junior Researchers: The junior researchers may use the specific filters to get the contact emails of the faculty members to hire them for post-doc position.
Vendors: The vendors may use our services to notify the researchers in the specific field of interest.
Conference/ Journal admins: The Conference/ Journal admins may contact the researchers of the field of their interest using our services.

Money back Guarantee

All of our email IDs are verified and that we provide money back guarantee in case the lead’s email ID no more exists. Furthermore,

We provide a voucher in case of invalid email IDs. An invalid email ID is one that doesn't exist due to its expiry or that it is no longer available. The client can purchase more email IDs using the voucher or that the client can get back the payment if the amount is more than USD 5$. There is no expiry in case of such a voucher.

Program's Legitimacy

Method to get Lead IDs

The client gets the Lead ID file after filtering the desired Lead-ID files. After downloading the Lead-ID files, the client may wish to remove the Lead-IDs based on the field of research or a department that belongs to a specific researcher. The client may count the number of Lead-IDs from all the downloaded Lead-ID files and use the formula (as mentioned in the website) to calculate the total price. The client may get the invoice by clicking on ‘Get Invoice’ button. Moreover, after the payment, the client sends the Lead-IDs along-with a copy of receipt and Invoice. It takes 1-3 days for the client to get the desired Lead IDs in CSV format with the fields, as mentioned below:

Comparison with other tools (Linkedin or Researchgate)

There are other resources for contacting a researcher Linkedin and Researchgate profiles. However, clients prefer our system due to the following reasons:

Researchers are the busiest people in our society. Most of the researchers won't update their profiles and the current status like research work and other relevant information. Hence, it is always hard to get a list of researchers based on university's departmental search or a search based on the field of research.
The existing platforms (like LinkedIn and ResearchGate) don't provide a cumulative filtering based on a number of tags, i.e., QS university, country, university title, and department/field of research. Our system provides a simultaneous search based on all the mentioned tags.

The Platforms like LinkedIn and ResearchGate are the secondary platforms which may or may not be used by the researchers. As we provide email-IDs of the researchers, therefore, there are maximum chances a researcher gets the intended message.
